Anne Zimmerman is the owner of A Z Interpreting, Inc. 
After graduating from the Georgia Perimeter College Sign Language Interpreting Program in 2001, she began working as a community interpreter in the Atlanta metropolitan area and throughout the state of Georgia. She has also worked as a staff interpreter for the Department of Treasury for three years, before establishing her own private practice. Her RID certifications include CI, CT and NIC Advanced. She works in a variety of settings including medical, post-
secondary education, government, corporate meetings, employment trainings, mental health, conferences, theater and video relay.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for D.E.A.F. Inc., a non-profit agency designed to give back to the Deaf community through mentoring and providing interpreting services at no charge for events not covered by the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).
